I provide customised therapy services with competitive fees to suit each client's unique needs

Fees for Adult Therapy

Therapy Fees

My fees are £150 per session and sessions last for an hour. They are usually weekly or fortnightly at the start of the therapy process (but can reduce in frequency towards the end of the process). Attending an initial meeting does not commit you to a course of therapy. You can book a single appointment and see how the session feels for you and what you think of working with me before you book further sessions.

The number of sessions required depends on your difficulties. Some require fewer than six sessions, while others benefit from over 20 sessions. I follow NICE guidelines and consider your needs and my experience. Payment is requested by bank transfer please and I will provide you with the bank details at or after our first session.

Health Insurance Referrals for therapy

Health Insurance Referrals

I am registered with most of the major Insurance providers (Aviva, WPA, Cigna, AXA, Vitality Health). If you are choosing to see me through your health insurance, your GP will need to write a referral letter to your insurance company (GPs are used to doing this so it won’t be an unusual request). Your insurance company will provide you with an authorisation code once they have received the referral letter.

ADHD Assessment and Diagnosis

I use National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) and Royal College of Psychiatrists guidelines for ADHD assessment and diagnosis. My comprehensive approach considers all factors impacting the individual's experience. A full assessment includes a screening questionnaire, further questionnaires, a full diagnostic interview, a report for you and a feedback session.

A full assessment will cost £950.
